Mid Term Review for UN Coordination Office in Rwanda

CESS Institute has been awarded a contract from UN Rwanda to perform the Mid Term Review of the United Nations Development Assistance Framework (UNDAF) for UN Coordination Office.

The main purpose of this assignment were to:

1.  Assess progress towards results achievements (by outcomes);
2. Monitor implementation and adaptive management to improve outcomes; 
3. Identify early risks to sustainability, and
4. Highlight supportive recommendations.
