CESS Institute held a pres conference on March 11, 2016 at ENSEA, Abidjan, CI, presenting the result of SME business climate Evaluation for CI and Rwanda, done in 2014/2015. During this pers conference, Dr. Gaston Gohou, president of CESS Institute and team leader of the evaluation, stated that there are ways to help the development of PME in CI and Rwanda. One of his recommendations was to strengthen the participation of SMEs in the policy making and strategy, in addition, government should openly promote and protect SME to improve their competitiveness.

CESS Institute has been awarded a contract to conduct a final evaluation of the Growth for Poverty Reduction Strategy (GPRS 2011-2015).
The objective of this evaluation is to conduct an overall assessment of the implementation mechanism of the GPRS III and to contribute to that overall assessment of the GPRS III. To do so, CESS Institute is doing a critical evaluation of GPRS 2011-2015 and its Monitoring and Evaluation system. As the result to of this evaluation, CESS Institute will provide the proposals of the guidelines and recommendations, to strengthen the implementation of the GPRS.READMORE
CESS Institute has been awarded the contract for the development and the costing of the SADC industrialisation strategy and roadmap.
The overall objective of the project is to develop a detailed and costed Action Plan for the implementation of the SADC Industrialization Strategy and Roadmap.READMORE
