The African development Bank (AfDB)has awarded a contract to CESS Institute toset-up a Monitoring &Evaluation (M&E)system forthe Zimbabwe Multi-Donor Trust Fund.

CESS Institute will establish and provide support for implementing the project’s M&E system, in line with Zim-Fund operational manual guidelines for M&E.

CESS Institute tasks will consist mainly in:
(i) Designingthe Monitoring &Evaluation System;
(ii) M&E at project level by the Implementing Agencies;
